Chris has a total desired to help people achieve the body of their dreams!

 

 Chris begun in the fitness industry over 12 years ago after 6 years of tertiary study completing a 2 year full time Diploma of Fitness as well as a 4 year Degree in Physical Education majoring in Sports Science at the University of Canberra.

 

Chris has both national and international experience as a personal trainer in the industry in countries such as New Zealand, USA and the UK.

 

This comprehensive education coupled with extensive industry experiences ensures that not only his clients receive the absolute best but his team of trainers are of the highest standard.

Olivia is one of the most passionate people you will find in today’s fitness industry. She began her career as an Aerobic Instructor at the age of only 17 and built her reputation and client base delivering high quality aerobic classes throughout the Canberra region.  Not long after Olivia discovered personal training and found this to be the most effective way to help people make quality, positive changes that greatly affected their lives for the better.  Olivia has been with the TEAM for many years and continues to amaze not only her clients but also her staff with her wealth of knowledge on training and, in particular nutrition.

Matt Eikenhout

Matt joined the TEAM shortly after completing his 2 year full time studies to become a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer.  Matt adds energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and a huge amount of passion to the TEAM Fitness crew and is well respected by his peers, and clients.

 

Training with Matt is a full on experience. Matt has an enormous passion for seeing people achieve great things through health and fitness and you can see this straight away when you begin training with him.  He is extremely professional while also great fun! His sessions are innovative, challenging and worth every cent. 

 

Over the years Matt has had an influential role in developing up and coming personal trainers within TEAM Fitness and now heads the TEAM at CISAC in Belconnen.  If you are after a challenging workout, but a great experience - Matt is your man!
