
Olivia is one of the most passionate people you will find in today’s fitness industry. She began her career as an Aerobic Instructor at the age of only 17 and built her reputation and client base delivering high quality aerobic classes throughout the Canberra region. Not long after Olivia discovered personal training and found this to be the most effective way to help people make quality, positive changes that greatly affected their lives for the better. Olivia has been with the TEAM for many years and continues to amaze not only her clients but also her staff with her wealth of knowledge on training and, in particular nutrition.
Olivia provides simple yet specific training sessions for each of her clients and provides nothing but quality to the TEAM. You will see by working with her she is professional, motivating and passionate about all things fitness!
Qualifications
I started working at my local gym when I was 17. Initially it was the group fitness classes that drew me in; they were so energetic and the atmosphere was so contagious I just knew this is where I needed to be. I was lucky enough that the instructors at my local gym be willing to take me under their wing and mentor me through my fitness studies. I began to pave my own future in the fitness industry training as a certified Les Mills BODY PUMP and RPM instructor. At one stage I taught up to 4 classes per day at gyms all around Canberra. I loved the flexibility of the work and the opportunity to meet so many people. Soon after it was established I began working with TEAM Fitness and began working to build up my own client base within the company. Once I began working 1-on-1 with my clients I realised just how much of an impact one person can have on your life. As a personal trainer I can change someone’s life. Health and fitness is such a powerful tool in a person’s life and there’s no better job for me than then to be a motivator for people to build a better quality of life! The most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing my clients achieve their goals, and knowing just how much hard work has been put into achieving it.

Everyone is given the same amount of hours in each day and we ALL have the ability to do amazing things! It’s important to be grateful for the opportunities you are given and to thank people who make your life easier along the way. Humility is a very attractive trait in people, while ego and attitude isn’t!
There is no magic secret to getting the body of your dreams. You need to WATCH what you EAT and make TRAINING a PRIORITY.
You only have yourself to answer to.
