Why I joined the fitness industry
Fitness hasn’t always been a huge part of my life apart from playing netball and the occasional game of touch and softball throughout my primary and high school years. My interest in the fitness industry sparked when I went through my own personal weight loss journey which completely turned my life around. I joined weightwatchers and bought a dog and started walking him daily. I lost 8 kg in about 6-8 months and realised how much I loved being healthy and active. I then joined a gym and continued to grow stronger, healthier and fitter. As soon as I walked in the gym I felt at home and I knew this was what I wanted to do! I wanted to help people achieve their goals and achieve happiness within themselves and their lives just like I did!!
