Bryan provides a great quality to our team of trainers with his complete passion for the industry.  Bryan has years of experience as a trainer and is continuously improving his skills as a trainer to bring his clients the best possible sessions.   

 

Bryan has a very easy going persona and relates well to all his clients and their desired results, this coupled with his professionalism and quality service makes Bryan a trainer than brings the best out in people who work with him.

 Why I joined the fitness industry
 
I had an interest in health and fitness at a very young age, I was always active and involved in team environments which motivated me to pursue fitness as a career. After 3 years in the industry fitness has transformed from an interest, to an obsession and now to a passion. My passion for fitness has also been very rewarding both personally and professionally, helping people of all ages and backgrounds to achieve their fitness goals brings a great feeling of satisfaction which is why it will be my life long career!

Playing Premier League Soccer for Goulburn Strikers, Cricket, Family and Friends 
 
Philosophy on life
 
 I believe there is always room for improvement and that learning is a life long process. Whether its our career, our well being, relationships or health and fitness we can always strive to make them better.
 
Philosophy on training
 
My philosophy of training revolves around practicality and change, always keeping the body guessing will avoid plateau and ensure maximum results. Technique is also a priority as it ensures that the intended muscle groups will always be worked to their full potential in a safe way.
