WHY I JOINED THE FITNESS INDUSTRY
 
Ever since I can remember I’ve always been involved in sport and exercise, so after finishing school it was only natural that I saw Personal Training as an ideal job. There are many challenges within the industry which keep me on my toes and that’s why I enjoy it so much!
 
INTERESTS AND HOBBIES
 
Since the age of five I’ve been playing football. It’s a great passion of mine and I’m so happy playing it at a high level. Not only does playing football keep me fit but it is also my greatest focus outside of the gym. I also enjoy golf, surfing and skiing in my spare time.
 
PHILOSOPHY ON LIFE
 
I had a fantastic childhood, one that was filled with exercise, healthy eating and good friends. During these early years I developed an outlook of always looking after myself, both physically and mentally, while continually setting new goals to keep life interesting.
 
PHILOSOPHY ON TRAINING
 
Since starting Personal Training I have gained an extra perspective on training. I’ve learnt to train harder and not give up. By setting the best example I possibly can I hope to inspire my clients to do the same.
 
FIVE POINTS ON WHY TRAINING WITH ME CAN HELP YOU
 
1) I’m very motivational and will push my clients to reach their goals
2) My job is my first priority and I put a lot of effort into keeping all my clients focused     and motivated including providing support inside and outside of sessions
3) I always try to make every session different as this helps to keep it fun, interesting and exciting.
4) Using my vast knowledge of gym equipment that I have gained from my years working in the gym I provide and maintain an individual focus on each client.
5) My aim is to change my clients’ views on fitness and health, which will then lead to a transformation on how they look after their bodies
