Tal Evans

tal.jpg - 50.92 KbTal is the newest addition to the TEAM and we are excited to have him on board. Tal has been working one-on-one with clients since 2008 and brings a fresh perspective and attitude to TEAM Fitness.

 

Tal has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the human body and its potential; he also has a great track record when it comes to getting his clients the results they want.  Working with Tal means you are working with the best and on the right track to achieving your best health and fitness.

 

 

 

Qualifications

·          Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness

·          AUSTSWIM

·          Soccer Coach  - level 0

·          2008

 

Why I entered the Fitness Industry?

What drove and attracted me towards the Fitness Industry was the environment that was formed by a committed group of people all trying to enhance and refuel themselves physically, mentally and emotionally. 

My passion is to guide people in fulfilling their intentions to the optimum level while converting myself into being the best I can be.   

The human body has extraordinary capabilities when linked with proper training and correct nutrition; it’s amazing what we can achieve!        

 

Interests and hobbies?

My main interests are in sport. I’ll give anything a go once and I’ve played a little bit of everything.  Currently my energies are focused on rock climbing, mountain biking and soccer. 

 

Philosophy on training?

·          Training is to life what apple is to an apple pie.  Without it life would be empty.  Training improves life and has the ability to make it complete. 

 

Philosophy on life?

·          If you’ve never done anything stupid then you have never done anything at all. 

 

Favourite food?

·          Apple pie
