I’ve been part of TEAM Fitness for many years and have really enjoyed the different stages of my journey, from Personal Training through to Group Training. What I’ve learnt most is how important the right balance of training is for long-term fitness and overall health. The variety, guidance and consistency have helped me stay strong, motivated and feeling good over the years, and it’s become an important part of my lifestyle.

I really enjoy everything about TEAM Fitness, from the experienced, professional staff to the strong sense of community that makes it such a great place to train. I take part in GT and Renew, and I’ve also seen fantastic results through The Challenge. What I love most is that there are so many ways to stay involved while still working toward real goals. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting great results and to be part of something positive and motivating

Taking part in the Challenge completely changed the way I look at health and fitness. I couldn’t believe how comprehensive the program was, it wasn’t just training, it covered nutrition, recovery, sleep and all the habits that actually make results sustainable. Every part worked together, and that made a huge difference to what I achieved. The knowledge, support and structure at TEAM Fitness are second to none, this gym and business genuinely stand above anything else I’ve experienced.
