Established in 2002, The Challenge by TEAM Fitness was the first 12 week body and health overhaul of its kind, with over 1,500 participants achieving incredible results.
Over the past 20 years, the program has evolved into the most comprehensive approach to fitness and well-being. Designed to build fitter, stronger, more mobile, and healthier individuals, The Challenge is methodical in its approach, grounded in experience, qualifications, and the latest research.

We run 2–3 Challenge start dates each year, giving members the opportunity to join a structured intake and train alongside others working toward similar goals. Outside of these main rounds, we also offer flexible options throughout the year for those ready to begin sooner or continue progressing between Challenges.
