Massage Therapy

Remedial Massage at TEAM Fitness is a specialised hands on therapy focused on assessing, treating, and improving the condition of the body’s soft tissues. It is commonly used to assist in the management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with treatment goals centred around reducing pain, improving mobility, enhancing circulation, and restoring optimal movement, function, and posture.

Remedial Massage is also highly beneficial for athletes and physically active individuals, supporting recovery from training and competition, improving sport-specific mobility and performance, and assisting with injury prevention and rehabilitation.
